Sports Centre Tennis Courts

A premium indoor sports facility consisting of two partitioned practice and competition areas. Facility Hire Conditions The following hire process is initiated between the Hirer and Varsity College: A mutually convenient appointment is made with the Varsity College Facilities Hire Co-Ordinator to inspect the facility requested. An Agreement to Hire Premises will be required to be completed, signed and approved by the College Principal. An Insurance Public Liability Indemnity is required with each hire. A Bond (refundable upon facility being left in a suitable condition after hire) to secure the facility hire is required at the time of completion of the Agreement and production of the Public Liability Indemnity. Full hire payment to be completed prior to the hire date, if hire is on a casual basis. Payment is required one (1) month in advance if hire is on a regular basis. Security SWIPE card/code and appropriate keys will be handed to the Hirer in the week of the commencement of hire and required to be returned to the Facilities Hire Co-Ordinator as soon as hire has ceased. Sound and lighting technicians are available upon request. Catering contacts are available upon request. Miscellaneous equipment such as tables, tablecloths, urn etc. are available upon request.  Hire of the school facilities is organised by the Facilities Hire Co-Ordinator, Susan Szekeres, at Varsity College.
