Sport & Recreation

Varsity Lakes currently sees 11,000 participants per year participate in its sport and recreation program, forecast to reach 15,000 participants per year by project completion.

Varsity Lakes holds a variety of festivals throughout the year with sporting activities including kayaking, sailing, boxercise, yoga and a Titans rugby league skills clinic, as well as recreation activities including art, cooking and self-defense sessions.

In an effort to sustain the program and encourage additional participants, the community has welcomed the hugely successful Busy Bodies Australia who now take the reins of many of the community’s most popular activities as well as introducing even more choices for people to get healthier, happier and more connected with their community.
